Is Penguin really better than Sepulchre?

Sepulchre (floor 5), is around 8 laps/hr at max efficiency, it's expected to go 2000 laps for the pet at Sepulchre, given this, it's actually 246 expected-hours for the pet, for a ~113 hour difference in favor of Penguin
